Jobs4Sudan is a global initiative created in May 2023, as a response to the urgent need for displaced Sudanese talents to find work in order to finance their new lives abroad, as well as support themselves and their families in the face of sudden disaster, recognizing that finding employment is crucial for the safety, mental health, and societal integration of displaced individuals.

The program aims to help displaced Sudanese jobseekers find and secure employment, while also advancing their skills in order to allow them to compete in various diverse job markets. Jobs4Sudan services include matching jobseekers with suitable job opportunities in neighbouring countries, assisting them throughout the application process, providing several skill-building resources, and supporting their professional growth through pairing them with a mentor who is able to guide them through a particular field and/or industry.
